玉屏风颗粒与孟鲁司特联合应用防治支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating bronchial asthma with the Yupingfeng particles plus Montelukast

目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特预防和治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的60例患者作为观察组,在常规治疗的基础上联合使用玉屏风颗粒及孟鲁司特治疗。选择同期60例患者作为对照组,仅予常规治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间及肺功能改善情况,并跟踪随访6个月,记录其发作次数。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组的78%。观察组治疗后症状消失时间、住院时间明显低于对照组,肺功能改善情况较对照组显著(P<0.05),出院后随访6个月,治疗组发作次数比对照组明显减少。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特对于防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效明显。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Yupingfeng particles plus montelukast on bronchial asthma. Methods： 60 cases in the control group were treated by conventional treatment; and 60 eases in the observed group were treated with the Yupingfeng particles and Montelukast more. Clinical efficacy, the time of symptoms disappearing, hospitalization time and the improvement of lung function in two groups were compared. Followed-up for 6 months. Results： The total efficiency （95%） in the observed group was significantly higher than 78% in the control group; as well as the time of symptoms disappearing and hospitalization time were shorter than those in control group; lung function was improved significantly than that in the control group; attack frequency was less than that in the control group within 6 months. Conclusion： The Yupingfeng particles plus Montelukast treating bronchial asthma shows a significant effect.
