针灸治疗痛经的临床有效性Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of clinical efficacy of acupuncture on dysmenorrhea

目的:收集2005年1月-2015年1月单纯针灸治疗痛经的有关文献进行Meta分析。方法:从Pub Med搜索到155篇,CNKI、维普、万方搜索到666篇,从Cochrane图书馆搜索到4篇,运用Jadad评分标准对文献进行评分,所纳入文献用Rev Man5.2软件进行评估并作森林图。结果:针灸治疗组与西药治疗组比较疗效,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,提示针灸治疗痛经的疗效比西药好。结论:针灸治疗痛经的疗效比西药好,但因纳入文献数量少,证据还需大量高质量的随机对照文献做进一步支持。

Objective： To Mate-analyze literature （from January 2005 to January 2015） on treating dysmenorrhea by acupuncture. Methods： 155 were found in PubMed; 666 were found in CNKI, CSTJ and CSPD; and 4 were found in Cochrane. Literature was evaluated based on Jadad score. Literatures were evaluated by the RevMan5.2, and making forest plot. Results： Efficiencies in the acupuncture group and the western medicine group were compared, and that in the acupuncture group was better; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture on dysmenorrhea was better; but because literature was fewer, the research result still need substantially more good quality literatures to provide more reference.
