摘要
采用随机对照试验观察四神聪针刺治疗原发性失眠症的临床疗效。剔除脱落病例后,治疗组33例,对照组32例,结果显示治疗组在总体疗效(PSQI)、次要结局指标HAMD评分、SAS评分等方面的改善优于对照组,经统计学检验有显著性差异,提示采用四神聪针刺治疗原发性失眠症有较好的疗效。
A randomized controlled trial was set up for primary insomnia by acupuhcturing Sishencong acupoint. The treatment group included 33 patients; the control group include 32 patients; Clinical results showed that in the treatment group, the overall efficacy, secondary outcomes HAMD score, and SAS scores were better; there are statistically significant differences.
