电针治疗突发性聋的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating sudden deafness by electropuncture

目的:观察电针在治疗突发性聋疾病中的作用。方法:将2009年8月-2011年12月由本科收治的突发性聋患者126例随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,两组同时应用舒血宁、胞磷胆碱针剂、长春西汀针剂、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、甲钴胺片及地塞米松针剂鼓室灌注,治疗组加用耳周穴位电针治疗,对照组未进行电针治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率较高。结论:药物治疗配合电针治疗在提高患者的治愈率及改善耳鸣症状方面效果显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of electropuncture on sudden deafness. Methods： 126 cases were divided into the treatment group （63 cases） and the control group （63 cases）. Both groups were applied Shuxuening, Citicoline injection, Vinpocetine injection, Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, Mecobalamin sheet and Intratympanic dexamethasone injection. The treatment group was treated by electropuncture on Erzhou point. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was better. Conclusion： Treating sudden deafness by electropuncture can receive a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
