玄府气液理论在痴呆治疗中的运用

痴呆是老年人的常见疾病,多因年老脏腑虚弱、精气亏损,或情志失调,或中毒外伤等,使脑内玄府郁闭,气液流通受阻,内生痰、瘀、热、滞等毒,败坏脑髓,髓减脑消,神机运转不利引起的神志异常疾患。依据刘完素"玄府气液"理论,指出脑内玄府郁闭是痴呆发病关键,并分析痴呆治疗当从开通玄府着眼,顺应玄府通利之性,使其开阖有度,恢复气液流通渗灌及神机运转。

Dementia is a common disease that a mental disorder in the elderly, due to various factors such as senile organs deficiency, essence loss, emotional disorders, poisoning and external injury. The above mentioned factors leaded to stagnation of brain＇s Xuanfu and disruption of Qiye＇s circulation. Then Tan, Yu, Re, Zhi were engendered, which destructed brain marrow, and resulted in brain marrow＇s depletion and mysterious mechanism＇s paralysis. Based on Liu Wansu＇s the Xuanfu Qiye theory, the author pointed out the critical dementia pathogenesis was stagnation of brain＇s Xuanfu, and dissected demential therapeutic principle. Starting from openning Xuanfu, adapting to its＇ free character, keeping its＇ on-off regularity, Qiye＇s circulation and mysterious mechanism＇s operation were regained.
