清金化痰汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating ventilator-associated pneumonia with the Qingjin Huatan decoction

目的:观察清金化痰汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床疗效,分析其临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月期间在我院治疗的呼吸机相关性肺炎患者60例作为研究对象。30例患者采取常规对症治疗,为对照组,30例患者在对照组的基础上采取清金化痰汤治疗,为实验组,观察两组的疗效。结果:实验组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前中医证候积分、CPIS评分、s TREM-1含量比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后中医证候积分、CPIS评分、s TREM-1含量比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后各项指标组内比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清金化痰汤治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效显著,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects and clinical value of the Qingjin Huatan decoction on ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods： 60 patients from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects. 30 cases in the control group were treated by conventional treatment; and 30 cases in the experimental group received the Qingjin Huatan decoction more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results： The total efficiency in the experimental group was 93.3%, and in the control group was 76.7%, with significant difference. After the treatment, TCM syndrome scores, CPIS scores and sTREM-1 content in two groups were significantly different. The indicators showed statistical difference compared with those in another group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qingjin Huatan decoction was effective on ventilator-associated pneumonia, with some clinical value.
