健脾理气和胃法针刺治疗反流性食管炎30例

Treating 30 cases of reflux esophagitis by acupuncture

目的:分析反流性食管炎应用健脾理气和胃法针刺治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的60例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象,通过电脑随机的方式分为治疗组以及对照组各30例,对两组患者进行为期8周的治疗,评价临床效果。结果:治疗组患者的主要和次要临床症状积分低于对照组,组间具有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组的总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组的胃镜下反流性食管炎分级和积分均得到改善,对比治疗前的差异明显,且组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:健脾理气和胃法针刺治疗反流性食管炎具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture on reflux esophagitis. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the acupuncture group and omeprazole group, 30 cases for each. In 8 weeks, clinical efficacy was compared in two groups. Results： The difference of clinical symptoms both groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency was 96.67% in the observed group, better than 86.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Grades of reflux esophagitis in gastroscopy were obviously reduced in two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture was effective on reflux esophagitis.
