疏风止痒解痉汤治疗感染后咳嗽30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cough following infection with the Shufeng Zhiyang Jiejing decoction

目的:探讨疏风止痒解痉汤治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法:符合入选标准的感染后咳嗽患者60例随机分为两组,对照组30例给予马来酸氯苯那敏片4mg/次,3次/d,氨茶碱片0.1g/次,3次/d;治疗组30例在对照组的基础上给予疏风止痒解痉汤口服,7d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率达96.67%,对照组总有效率达83.33%,比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:疏风止痒解痉汤治疗感染后咳嗽安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective： To discuss clinical efficacy of the Shufeng Zhiyang Jiejing decoction on cough following infection. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups; the control group （30 cases） was treated with chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, 4mg per time, 3 times per day, aminophylline tablets, 0.1g per times, 3 times per day; the treatment group were given the Shufeng Zhiyang Jiejing decoction, 7 days as a course. Results： The total efficiency was 96.67% in the treatment group, and 83.33% in the control group; the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shufeng Zhiyang Jiejing decoction can receive a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
