针药并用治疗偏头痛86例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 86 cases of migraine by acupuncture plus medication

目的:观察针药并用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机观察方法,将166例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组86例和对照组80例。治疗组用针药并用,取穴风池、率谷、太阳等穴位,同时分型辨证取穴用药;对照组口服西药盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,10mg/次。两组均以4周为一个疗程。结果:两组治疗后头痛平均发作次数和平均持续时间均较治疗前明显改善,治疗后两组比较,治疗组的改善程度优于单用西药组,P<0.01。结论:针药并用辨证施治的疗效优于口服盐酸氟桂利嗪。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture plus medication on migraine. Methods： 166 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 86 cases and the control group of 80 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus medication on acupoint such as Fengchi, Shuaigu, Taiyang based on TCM syndrome differentiation. The control group was given the Hydrochloride flunarizine capsule, 10mg per time. A course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results： Average number of episodes of headache and mean duration in two groups were shorter, and clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better, P〈0.01. Conclusion： Compared with the Hydrochloride flunarizine capsule, acupuncture plus medication was effective on migraine.
