补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型头痛78例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 78 cases of headache with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:观察补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型头痛的疗效。方法:给予符合纳入标准的78例气虚血瘀型头痛患者口服补阳还五汤加减治疗,15d为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程,进行疗效观察,治疗期间禁用其他药物及方法治疗。结果:痊愈61例,好转17例,总有效率为100%。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型头痛效果良好,值得在临床中推广。

Objective： The Buyang Huanwu decoction was investigated in headache treatment. Methods： 78 cases was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction, 15 days for a course, for 2 courses. Results： Recovered in 61 cases, improved in 17 cases, the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction on headache showed good effects, and was worthy of promotion.
