摘要
目的:探讨头穴丛刺与康复训练联合治疗对脑梗死(恢复期)肢体功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予康复训练。治疗组加用头穴丛刺治疗。结果:治疗组在神经功能缺损评分、肢体运动功能评定量表评分、日常生活活动能力评分方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:头穴丛刺与康复训练联合治疗能够提高脑梗死(恢复期)肢体功能和日常生活活动能力,是一种有效的方法。
Objective： To investigate efficacy of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on limb function and activities of daily living in patients with convalescent cerebral infarction. Methods： 60 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given rehabilitation training; and the treatment group was treated by acupuncture more. Results： Neurological deficit score, extremity motor function score and ADL score in the treatment group were better; differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on convalescent cerebral infarction could improve limb function and activities of daily living, and was an effective therapy.
