巴香丸对胃肠道动力影响及相关临床研究

Clinical effects of Baxiang Wan on gastrointestinal motility

目的:观察巴香丸对胃肠道动力的影响。方法:分别选取功能性消化不良、功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别用巴香丸和多潘立酮,巴香丸和四磨汤治疗,疗程结束后观察其胃动力、肠道动力作用。结果:在调节胃动力治疗功能性消化不良和调节肠道动力治疗功能性便秘中,用巴香丸治疗的治疗组与多潘立酮、四磨汤治疗的对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:巴香丸调节胃动力治疗功能性消化不良和调节肠道动力治疗功能性便秘均优于对照组,具有高效的胃肠动力促进作用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Baxiang Wan on gastrointestinal motility. Methods： Patients with functional dyspepsia and functional constipation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients with functional dyspepsia in the treatment group received Baxiang Wan, and the control group were treated with Domperidone. Patients with functional constipation in the treatment group were given Baxiang Wan, and the control group received the Simo decoction. After the treatment, gastric motility and intestinal motility were observed. Results： There were significant difference between groups in patients＇ functional dyspepsia and functional constipation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with Domperidone and the Simo decoction, Baxiang Wan was obviously effective on functional dyspepsia and functional constipation.
