凉血解毒汤治疗银屑病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Liangxue Jiedu decoction on psoriasis

目的:观察和分析凉血解毒汤治疗银屑病的临床疗效,指导临床用药。方法:将2013年12月-2014年12月来我院就诊的76例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例患者。治疗组患者运用凉血解毒汤进行治疗,对照组患者运用复方青黛丸进行治疗。治疗一段时间后,对两组患者治疗前后的银屑病皮损程度进行比较分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.11%(35/38),对照组的总有效率为71.05%(27/38),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的PASI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低的幅度明显大于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:凉血解毒汤治疗银屑病临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the Liangxue Jiedu decoction on psoriasis, and guide the clinical medication. Methods： From December 2013 to December 2014, 76 cases of psoriasis in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 38 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with the Liangxue Jiedu decoction; and the control group was given Qingdai Wan. For an extended period of time after treatment, the efficiency in two groups was compared. Results： After the treatment, total efficiency in the treatment group was 94.74%（36/38）, better than 78.95%（30/38） in the control group（P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference of PASI score in two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores in two groups were significantly lower（P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was more. Conclusion： The Liangxue Jiedu decoction for psoriasis shows a significant effect and safety, and is worthy of promotion.
