中西医结合治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic severe hepatitis B in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的患者52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例,对照组采用西医常规内科治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药。两个疗程后对比治疗结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.77%,优于对照组的61.54%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎可获得较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods： 52 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated by the western conventional internal therapy; the treatment group received TCM medicine more. In 2 courses, clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results： The total efficiency was 80.77% in the treatment group, higher than 61.54% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on chronic severe hepatitis B.
