银杏达莫联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死84例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 84 cases of cerebral infarction with the Yinxingdamo injection plus the Vinpocetine injection

目的:观察银杏达莫注射液联合长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:将168例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予常规治疗,包括降颅压、营养脑神经、抗血小板聚集、降脂,并根据患者伴发的高血压、糖尿病等情况给予控制血压、降糖等对症治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予银杏达莫注射液和长春西汀注射液静脉输注,两周为一个疗程。结果:治疗后治疗组基本痊愈33例,显著进步29例,进步20例,无效2例,总有效率为97.61%。对照组基本痊愈29例,显著进步25例,进步14例,无效16例,总有效率为80.95%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液和长春西汀注射液联合应用可显著改善神经功能缺损程度评分,提高临床疗效,应在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Yinxingdamo injection plus the Vinpocetine injection on cerebral infarction. Methods： 168 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random digital method. Both groups received the conventional treatment, included reducing intracranial pressure, nourishing the brain, anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering; and control blood pressure, hypoglycemic and other symptomatic treatment were applied according to the patient＇s complication such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.. The treatment group was treated with the Yinxingdamo injection and the Vinpocetine injection intravenous infusion more. A course of treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Results： In the treatment group, basically cured in 33 cases, significant progress in 29 cases, progress in 20 cases, invalid in 2 cases, the total efficiency was 97.61%. In the control group, basically cured in 29 cases, significant progress in 25 cases, progress in 14 cases, invalid in 16 cases, the total efficiency was 80.95%. Neurological function impairment scores in groups were significant lower than before（P〈0.05）; and that in the treatment group was lower compared with the control group; the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Yinxingdamo injection plus the Vinpocetine injection could improve neurological function impairment scores and clinical efficacy, was worthy of promotion.
