三位一体治疗SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折49例 被引量:2

Treating 49 cases of Sanders Ⅱ, Ⅲ type of calcaneal fracture by the triple therapy

摘要 目的:探讨采用三位一体治疗SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:自2011年1月-2014年1月,我科采用三位一体疗法(手术+中药+术后功能锻炼)治疗49例骨折患者。术前术后行X线片对比,术后10个月对患足功能进行评价。结果:49例骨折全部骨性愈合,愈合时间平均为10.8周。手术切口并发症发生率为4.08%,取钢板时间平均12.5个月。术后Bohler角、Gissane角及跟骨高度、宽度、长度均恢复到正常范围。按照Maryland足部功能评分系统评价术后10个月患足的功能。结果:优35例,良12例,可2例,优良率达95.92%。结论:三位一体治疗跟骨骨折可以更好地恢复跟骨的生理功能,减少骨折并发症,是一种良好的治疗模式。 Objective: To investigate methods and clinical efficacy of the triple therapy on Sanders Ⅱ type, Ⅲ type of calcaneal fracture. Methods: From January 2011 to January 2014, 49 patients were treated by the triple therapy(TCM medicine, surgery and postoperative functional exercise). After surgery, X-ray and the function of fractured foot were compared. Results: All patients were cured; and the average time was 10.8 weeks. Postoperative complication rate was 4.08%; and the average time of removal of steel sheet was 12.5 months. Bohler angle, Gissane angle and height, width, length of calcaneus were recovered. In 10 months after surgery, the function of fractured foot were evaluated according to Maryland foot score system; and 35 cases is excellent; 12 cases is good; 2 cases is qualified; the efficiency is 95.92%. Conclusion: The triple therapy for calcaneal fracture shows a good efficacy, and can restore physiological function of the calcaneus, with less complication.
