祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的临床体会

Clinical experience for treating subacute cough with the Qufeng Zhike decoction

目的:研究祛风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取64例亚急性咳嗽患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组32例使用强力枇杷胶囊治疗,观察组使用祛风止咳汤治疗。对两组患者的临床效果、咳痰评分以及不良反应进行比较分析。结果:对照组的总有效率为68.75%,低于观察组的93.75%;对照组的咳痰评分高于观察组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;另外两组患者均无不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用风止咳汤治疗亚急性咳嗽效果显著,患者咳嗽症状改善明显,无不良反应,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Qufeng Zhike decoction on subacute cough. Methods： 64 patients with subacute cough were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group of 32 cases was treated with powerful loquat capsules; the other group received the Qufeng Zhike decoction. Clinical effects, expectoration and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the control group was 68.75%, lower than 93.75% in the observation group, P〈0.05. Both groups showed no adverse reaction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating subacute cough with the Qufeng Zhike decoction showed significant effects, could improve cough symptoms significantly, with no adverse reactions, and was worthy of promotion.
