摘要
目的:通过观察加味六磨汤对63例肛肠术后排便困难患者临床症状的改善情况,从而肯定加味六磨汤的治疗效果。方法:63例肛肠术后排便困难患者均口服加味六磨汤,观察患者术后排便费力程度、便质及排便间隔时间。结果:加味六磨汤治疗63例肛肠术后排便困难患者有效率为93.65%。结论:加味六磨汤治疗肛肠术后排便困难疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Liumo decoction on 63 cases of anorectal defecation difficulty. Methods： 63 cases took the Liumo decoction. Results： In 63 cases, the efficiency get to 93.65%. Conclusion： The modified decoction of liumo on anorectal postoperative anorectal defecation difficulty showed significant effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
