丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞急性期疗效及其护理分析

Treating acute cerebral infarction with the Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection

目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞急性期的疗效及护理效果。方法:本次研究的74例脑梗塞急性期患者均为我院在2013年8月-2014年10月期间收治,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组37例和对照组37例,对照组患者进行常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在常规治疗和护理干预基础上增加丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及CSS评分情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,平均CSS评分为(9.15±1.63)分;对照组治疗总有效率为59.46%,平均CSS评分为(15.69±5.45)分(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞急性期疗效及其护理效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 74 cases of acute cerebral infarction in this study were divided into the observation group of 37 cases and the control group of 37 patients; the control group took routine treatment and nursing intervention; the observation group took the Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection more. Results： The total effeciciency in the doservation group was 94.59%, with an average score of CSS score（9.15 ± 1.63） points; In the control group, it was 59.46%, with an average score of CSS score（15.69 ± 5.45） points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on acute cerebral infarction showed good efficacy.
