中医辨证治疗高脂血症效果观察

Effect observation of TCM treating hyperlipidemia based on syndrome differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:收集2014年1月—2014年12月在我院诊治高脂血症的160例患者,随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验组根据辨证治疗法区分痰浊内阻、脾虚湿盛、肝肾阴虚三个证型,针对不同的证型采用中药治疗;对照组采用常规西药进行治疗;治疗2个疗程(8周)后,分别观察每组患者的症状缓解情况和治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,且并发症和药物不良反应次例明显低于对照组。结论:辨证治疗高脂血症具有较好的临床效果,且作用效果持久、并发症发生率低,无明显毒副作用,值得进一步研究及临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM in treating hyperlipidemia based on syndrome differentiation. Methods： A total of 160 patients with hyperlipemia treated in our hospital from January to December 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was further divided into phlegm, spleen dampness, liver kidney yin deficiency three disease type, which were treated differently based on syndrome differentiation; the control group received routine western medicine; the symptoms-relieving and curative effect of patients in two groups were observed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results： The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the complications and adverse drug reactions of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion： TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation had good clinical effect in treating hyperlipidemia, the effect was lasting, the incidence of complications was low, and there was no obvious toxic side effect, therefore, it was worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
