自拟定眩汤治疗耳眩晕179例

Treatment of 179 cases with aural vertigo by self-made Dingxuan Decoction

目的:分析观察自拟定眩汤对耳眩晕的治疗效果。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年5月于我接受治疗的300例耳眩晕患者,随机分成两组。实验组179例患者采用自拟定眩汤进行治疗,对照组121例患者采用常规西药进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗总有效率。结果:经过治疗,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为98.3%,明显优于对照组患者总有效率90.9%。两组结果差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:耳眩晕的患者采用自拟的定眩汤进行治疗可显著的提高治疗的总有效率,值得在临床进行推广使用。

Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made Dingxuan Decoction on aural vertigo in order to provide the basis for better clinical treatment. Methods： 300 cases with aural vertigo in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups： experimental group with 179 cases and the control group with 121 cases. The experimental group was treated with self-made Dingxuan decoction while the control group was treated by routine western medicine treatment. The total effective rates of the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.3%, significantly better than the control group of 90.9%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compare with the conventional western medicine, self-made Dingxuan Decoction can significantly improve the treatment efficiency for patients with aural vertigo, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
