中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of integrated TCM and western medicine in treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis

目的:本研究通过进行中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床观察,以期为治疗方案的制定提供依据。方法:将2012年4月—2015年4月本院收治的160例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者纳入试验对象。按照随机对照的原则将所有患者分成观察组及对照组,每组80例。对照组患者仅给予西药常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合半夏泻心汤加减进行治疗,疗程为1个月。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,并注意记录不良反应的发生情况。随访半年,观察两组疾病复发率。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者的临床症状均较治疗前明显好转;观察组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间的不良反应的发生情况及随访期间的疾病复发率均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义。结论:运用中西医结合的方法,采用半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎,具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著降低疾病复发率,且药物安全性好,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of integrated TCM and western medicine in treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis and to provide a basis for the development of treatment programs. Methods： 160 patients with helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were only given conventional western medicine treatment while patients in the observation group received the combination of Banxia Xiexin decoction and western medicine. The treatment lasted one month, after which the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared in addition to noting the records of occurrence of adverse reactions. The rates of disease recurrence were observed after six months＇ follow-up. Results： After the treatment, the clinical symptoms of both groups were significantly relieved, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and rate of disease recurrence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Applying integrated TCM and western medicine, namely, Banxia Xiexin decoction and western medicine, could treat helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis effectively, it could also significantly reduce the relapse rate in addition to having drug safety and should be applied in clinic widely.
