应用酶联免疫反应加速仪检测丙型肝炎核心抗原的临床分析

摘要 目的:研究酶联免疫反应加速仪在ELISA法检测丙型肝炎核心抗原中的应用,及丙型肝炎核心抗原检测的临床意义。方法:应用酶联免疫反应加速仪孵育和水浴箱孵育方法同步检测不同浓度丙型肝炎核心抗原标准血清,联合检测858例临床手术前和输血患者丙型肝炎核心抗原和抗-HCV。结果:应用酶联免疫反应加速仪可使试验时间缩短一半,检测结果吸光度值增高,与水浴箱孵育结果比较,各浓度吸光度值有显著性差异P<0.05。结果灵敏度增高。联合检测丙型肝炎核心抗原和抗-HCV,提高了丙型肝炎病毒感染的阳性率,降低了17.2%的漏检率。结论:酶联免疫反应加速仪可以加快丙型肝炎核心抗原孵育的时间,提高检测的灵敏度,值得临床推广应用。联合检测丙型肝炎核心抗原和抗-HCV可以减少丙型肝炎病毒感染者的漏检,提高早期诊断阳性率。 Objective:To study the application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in detecting hepatitis C core antigen and the clinical significance of hepatitis C core antigen detection. Methods: Different concentrations of hepatitis C core antigen standard serum were synchronously detected by applying enzyme linked immunosorbent assay incubation and water bath incubation, hepatitis C core antigen and anti-HCV of 858 preoperative patients and patients with blood transfusion were jointly detected, the results were compared and analyzed. Results: Applying enzyme linked immunosorbent assay could save half of the detecting time, the absorbance value of detection result increased, compared with the result of water bath incubation, all concentrations' absorbance value were significantly different(P〈0.05). The result sensitivity also increased. The joint detection of hepatitis C core antigen and anti-HCV improved the positive rate of hepatitis C virus infection and decreased 17.2% loss rate. Conclusion: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay could accelerate the hepatitis C core antigen incubation and improve the detecting sensitivity, which was worthy of clinical wide application. The joint detection of hepatitis C core antigen and anti-HCV could decrease the missing detection of hepatitis C virus infection patients and improve the positive rate of early diagnosis.
