退黄洗剂配合中医护理治疗新生儿黄疸的临床观察

To observe the clinical efficacy of Tui Huang lotion with TCM care on neonatal jaundice

目的:观察退黄洗剂对新生儿黄疸的影响。方法:选择2014年7月—2015年7月在我院妇产科住院正常分娩新生儿100例,随机分为试验组50例及对照组50例。方法:试验组给予新生儿退黄洗剂联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,两组均实施母婴同室新生儿护理。比较两组新生儿黄疸出现时间、黄疸指数及高胆红素血症发生率。结果:试验组的新生儿黄疸出现时间、黄疸指数、高胆红素血症发生率与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿退黄洗剂能够有效的减少新生儿高胆红素血症的发生率及促进正常新生儿黄疸的消退。

Objective： To observe the influence of Tui Huang lotion on neonatal jaundice. Methods： 100 cases of normal newborns from Department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital during July 2014 to July 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group（50cases） and control group（50 cases）. Experimental group was given treatment of Tui Huang lotion combining with Siliankang.While control group was given treatment of Siliankang.Rooming-in newborn care were practiced in both two groups. To compare the build-up time and index of jaundice and incidence of hyper-bilirubinemia in two groups. Data of the two groups was analyzed by x2 or t test. Results： The comparison of build-up time and index of jaundice and incidence of hyper-bilirubinemia of two groups was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Tui Huang lotion can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal hyper-bilirubinemia and promote normal neonatal jaundice retrogression.
