中西医结合治疗扁平苔癣的效果初步研究

The effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of flat lichen preliminary study

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗扁平苔癣的临床效果。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年6月收治的98例扁平苔癣患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用单一西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组扁平苔癣患者的总有效率(93.9%)、2周后疼痛评分(3.43±0.32)分及3周后疼痛评分(1.35±0.12)分,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗扁平苔癣疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：Tostudy the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of flat lichen. Methods：in May2012 to June2014,98 patients with flat lichen in 2groups at random, the control of the single western medicine treatment,the observation group combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Results：the total effective rate of observation group flat lichen patients（93.88%）,2weeks and 3weeks after the pain score significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of flat lichen curative effect is remarkable.
