中医三联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of TCM triple therapy in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:对中医三联疗法在慢性盆腔炎疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行观察与分析。方法:按随机数字表法,将82例慢性盆腔炎患者均分成对照组与实验组,前者予以口服金刚藤胶囊,后者予以中医三联疗法(内服中药、中药灌肠、超级光线微波照射)治疗,且对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗后的总有效率(95.1%)明显高于对照组(78.4%),差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性盆腔炎患者予以中医三联疗法治疗,疗效显著,值得临床大力推行。

Objective： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of triple therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ：According to the random digital table method, 82 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were divided into control group and experimental group, the former was treated with Jingangteng Capsule orally while the later was treated with Chinese medicine triple therapy（TCM, TCM enema, super light microwave irradiation）, and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the experimental group（95.1%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.4%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM triple therapy had significant effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and was worthy of clinical application.
