声辐射力脉冲成像对乳腺肿块诊断价值的研究

Study on the value of acoustic radiation force impulse(ARFI)imaging in differential diagnosis of breast masses

目的:评价声辐射力脉冲(ARFI)成像技术对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法:对60例乳腺肿块在术前进行US和ARFI(包括VTI和VTQ)检查。根据病理结果,对良、恶性组的VTI评分和VTQ值分别进行独立样本t检验。根据肿块的VTQ值构建ROC曲线,找出最佳截断点。结果:两组数据相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以VTQ值4.09 m/s为截断点,ARFI鉴别乳腺肿块的敏感度为82.4%,特异性为95.3%。结论:ARFI对乳腺肿块鉴别有重要的参考价值。

Objective： To evaluate the value of ARFI in the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods： 60 breast masses were examined by US and ARFI（VTI and VTQ） before surgery. The data obtained were tested by independent t-test based on the pathological results. Based on the ROC curve, the cut-off point was obtained. Results： The difference of the data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The cut-off point was 4.09m/s, and the sensitivity was 82.4%, specificity was 95.3%. Conclusion： ARFI has great reference value in differential diagnosis of breast masses.
