孕期营养指导在围产期孕妇保健工作中的应用效果

Application effect of pregnancy nutrition guidance on the health service of perinatal pregnant women

目的:对围产期孕妇进行营养指导,探讨其保健工作的应用效果。方法:抽取2014年1月—2014年12月本院接诊的1240例围产期孕妇作为研究对象,依据抽签法将其随机分为观察组(n=620)与对照组(n=620),对照组患者给予常规的健康教育,观察组患者给予优质的孕期营养指导,对两组患者摄入的微量元素进行比较,并观察妊娠期并发症的发生情况。结果:对孕妇进行营养指导干预措施后,观察组孕妇的钙、铁、锌、钠、钾、镁、铜、硒、维生素A、维生素E、脂肪、能量、蛋白质等营养元素的摄入与对照组比较差异显著,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇于妊娠期共发生47例(7.6%)并发症,对照组共发生156例(25.2%),观察组明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=69.984,P<0.05)。结论:对围产期孕妇进行营养指导可有效改善其营养摄入情况,有助于胎儿的健康发育及孕妇的分娩质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of nutritional guidance on perinatal pregnant women. Methods： 1240 cases of perinatal pregnant women, admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 620 cases in each group. The control group were given routine health education, and the observation group were given high-quality nutritional guidance during pregnancy, the intake of trace elements in two groups were compared and the occurrence of complications in pregnancy was observed. Results： After nutrition education interventions for pregnant women, the nutrient intake of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly different with that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;A total of 47 cases（7.6%）of complications in pregnancy occurred in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, a total of 156 cases（25.2%）of complications in pregnancy occurred, there was significant difference between groups（ x2=69.984,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The pregnancy nutrition guidance for the perinatal pregnant women could improve their nutrition intake effectively and benefit the healthy development of fetus and the delivery quality of pregnant women, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application.
