案例结合问题引入在普外科临床带教工作中的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨案例结合问题引入带教法对普外科实习生的学习效果。方法选取从2014年12月~2015年12月到我院普外科实习的60名学生作为研究对象,其中2014年12月~2015年5月的30名作为对照组,2015年6月~2015年12月的30名作为实验组。对照组学生采用传统带教模式,而实验组学生则采用案例结合问题法进行带教。在实习结束后,对所有学生进行考核。结果通过统计分析发现,实验组理论和实操考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论以案例结合问题引入在普外科临床带教工作中的效果显著。 Objective To analysis the effect of problem-based teaching combined with case-based teaching to clinical Teaching in department of general surgery. Methods Selected 60 students in general surgery from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital as research objects. The students selected from December 2014 to May 2015 as the control group, the students selected from June 2015 to December 2015 as the experimental group. Traditional teaching mode was given to control group. Problembased teaching combined with case-based teaching was given to nursing group. At the end of internship, an assessment was given to them. Results By contrast, The experimental group theory and operation exam results was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significance. Conclusion Problem-based teaching combined with casebased teaching to clinical Teaching in department of general surgery has an obvious effect.
