摘要
目的调查护理礼仪在护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法选择2013~2014级护理本科生84例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例,观察组给予护生护理礼仪培训,比较两组护生自评、满意度情况。结果患者及家属、护理人员对护生言语、仪表、举止等礼仪方面更认可观察组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组护生在爱岗敬业、合作能力、责任感、沟通能力、美感、自信心方面评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论给予护生护理礼仪培训,有助于提高自身综合素质,加强患护间交流,促进临床实习工作进步。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of nursing in nursing students in clinical practice. Methods Selected 84 cases from 2013 to 2014 level nursing undergraduates were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 42 cases, only giving the observation group etiquette training nursing students, nursing students were compared self-assessment, satisfaction situation. Results The patients and their families, nurses nursing student speech etiquette, instruments, and other more recognized behavior observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), the observation group of nursing students in the dedication, ability to cooperate, responsibility,communication ability, beauty, self-confidence aspects evaluated were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The administration of nursing students etiquette training to help improve their overall quality, strengthen inter-patient care exchanges and promote the progress of clinical internship.
