铁缺乏症早期微量元素与血常规指标的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的对铁缺乏症早期患者的微量元素与血常规指标关系进行分析研究。方法选取我院收治的120例铁缺乏症早期儿童患者作为研究对象,临床中采用原子吸收光谱仪对患儿全血微量元素变化进行检测,采用Sysmex kx-21血球仪对患儿进行血常规检测;同时选取同期在我院接受健康检查的正常儿童80例作为对比,分析铁缺乏症早期微量元素与血常规指标变化关系。结果检测显示,铁缺乏症早期患儿的铁元素含量为(7.41±2.30)mmol/L、锌元素含量为(60.7±21.2)μmol/L,与正常儿童相比有所降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计意义。结论铁缺乏症早期患儿铁、锌含量降低,血常规指标正常,具有突出的临床诊断价值作用。 Objective To analysis and study the iron deficiency of trace elements and blood relationship in early patients. Methods Selected 120 cases of iron deficiency disease patients in early childhood in our hospital as the object of study, clinical by atomic absorption spectrometer was used to detect the change of the trace elements in blood of children, for children with blood routine examination by Sysmex KX-21 blood analyzer, and selected accepted normal children health examination of 80 cases in our hospital as compared to the analysis of iron lack of autism early trace elements and blood routine indexes in relation. Results Test showed that, iron deficiency disease early with the content of element was(7.41±2.30) mmol/L, and the zinc content was(60.7±21.2) μmol/L, compared with normal children have decreased significantly, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Iron deficiency disease early in children with iron, zinc content decreased and blood routine indexes are normal, with prominent clinical diagnostic value.
