摘要
目的对临床血液检验中两种不同细菌鉴定法的应用价值展开探究。方法选取我院收治的600例发热并伴有全身感染的患者为研究对象,共抽取600份阳性血液样本。将其随机分为对照组与观察组,前者采取常规药敏试验检测,后者应用直接药敏试验法,统计并分析两组的细菌鉴定结果及药敏结果符合率。结果经检验,两组血液样本的G+杆菌与G-球菌的敏感度,以及耐药符合率等方面,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论在临床血液检验中,常规药敏试验与直接药敏试验这两种细菌鉴定法均具有比较高的符合率,但直接药敏试验的操作时间更短,也更简便。
Objective To explore the application value of two kinds of bacteria identification methods in clinical blood test. Methods Selected 600 cases of fever and systemic infection in our hospital as the research object, a total of 600 positive blood samples were collected. It was randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The former took the routine drug sensitivity test, the latter used the direct drug sensitivity test. The results of the two groups of bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test results were analyzed. Results After the test, two groups of blood samples of the sensitivity of G+ and G-, as well as the resistance rate and other aspects, the difference not have statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion In the clinical blood tests, conventional drug susceptibility test and drug sensitivity test these two bacteria identification method has coincidence rate is relatively high, but direct drug sensitivity test of shorter operating time, more simple and convenient, with important clinical application value.
