超声与钼靶联合应用对乳腺肿块的诊断作用研究

摘要 目的探讨超声检查联合钼靶X线检查对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对90例乳腺肿块患者联合应用超声技术与钼靶X线进行诊断,诊断结果对比组织病理结果进行分析。结果结合超声与钼靶乳腺肿块成像特征,良性诊出率为80.2%,恶性诊出率为87.5%,乳腺肿块的定性分析准确率较单用超声或钼靶检查准确率高(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺肿块性病变疾病中联合应用超声与钼靶成像技术具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography combined with molybdenum target X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods Selected 90 patients with breast masses combined ultrasound and mammography X-ray diagnosis, diagnostic results contrast histopathological analysis of the results. Results Combined with ultrasound and mammography imaging characteristics of breast lumps, benign diagnosed was 80.2%, diagnosed malignancy was 87.5% accurate qualitative analysis of breast tumors than single-use ultrasound or mammography with high accuracy(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combined application of ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast mass lesions is of high diagnostic value.
