浅谈多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的治疗

To Explore the Treatment of Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探究多囊卵巢综合征引发不孕症的诊治。方法选择符合多囊卵巢综合征标准的80例患者分为甲组和乙组,甲组使用来曲唑片进行诊治,乙组使用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊进行医治,比较二组各项指标的差异。结果甲组的子宫内膜厚度、排卵情况、妊娠情况比乙组更佳,在甲组中其成熟卵泡数量少于乙组,差异具有统计学意义。结论多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的治疗可使用来曲唑进行诊治,并且该药物的不良影响比较小。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Selected 80 patients with integrated polycystic ovary syndrome standard, which were divided into the group A and the group B, division used letrozole tablets for treatment, the group B use clomifene citrate capsule for medical treatment, compared two groups of indicators of differences. Results Division of the endometrial thickness, ovulation, pregnancy than in group B was significantly better, in the first division in the mature follicle number was significantly less than the group B, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The sign can be used to diagnosis and treatment of curved treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, and the drug＇s adverse impact is relatively small.
