有关利普刀在慢性宫颈炎治疗中的运用分析

Analysis the Application of LEEP in Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

目的探讨治疗慢性宫颈炎行利普刀治疗的临床效果。方法整理收集我院收治的93例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组53例行利普刀治疗;对照组40例行微波治疗,分析两组患者术中出血量和不良反应发生率,并针对患者阴道排液量、宫颈创面愈合、宫颈复原的情况进行记录分析。结果观察组手术一次性成功显效50例,有效3例,总有效率为94.3%;对照组手术一次性成功显效31例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率为77.5%。结论治疗慢性宫颈炎采取利普刀的方式效果明显优于传统微波治疗,不仅操作简便,而且明显缩短手术时间,临床治疗效果显著,安全性高。有效降低宫颈癌的误诊及漏诊率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment for chronic cervicitis treated by LEEP. Methods Selected 93 cases of chronic cervicitis patients in our hospital, which were randomly divided to the observation group and the control group, the observation group（53 patients）, underwent LEEP, the control group（40 cases） were treated with microwave treatment. Analyzed two groups with bleeding volume and the incidence of adverse reactions, and the amount of vaginal discharge, palace neck wound healing and restoration of cervical situation were recorded and analyzed. Results The observation group, 50 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 94.3%, the control group was 31 cases, 7 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.5%. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis treated by LEEP effect is obviously superior to the traditional microwave treatment, not only simple operation was obviously shortened, and the operation time, clinical treatment effect is remarkable adn safe. Effectively reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate of cervical cancer.
