宫腔镜手术治疗重度宫腔粘连的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hysteroscopy Surgery in Treatment of Severe Intrauterine Adhesions

目的对重度宫腔粘连应用宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果进行进一步分析研究。方法选取2013年7月～2015年12月在我院接受治疗的重度宫腔粘连患者74例,所有患者均接受宫腔镜手术治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床资料和治疗资料。结果一次性分离粘连成功率为75.68%（56/74）,基本成功率为13.51%（10/74）,剩余18例均进行2次手术并均分离粘连成功;治愈率为63.51%（47/74）,治疗总有效率为93.24%,月经总恢复率为90.54%,复发率为5.41%。结论重度宫腔粘连应用宫腔镜手术治疗的临床效果确切。

Objective Analysis the clinical hysteroscopy surgery effect in treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions is to be studied. Methods Selected 74 patients of severe intrauterine adhesions clinical treatment data from July 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital, all of them were treated with hysteroscopy surgery. Results Adhesion success rate at first time was 75.68%（56/74）, and its basic success rate was 13.51%（10/74）, while, the other 8 patients took second operation treatment that were successful, patients＇ cured rate was 63.51%（47/74） and treatment efficacy was 93.24%, menstruation recovery rate was 90.54% and illness reoccurrence probability was 5.41%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy surgery is effective in treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions.
