支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘的诊治分析

Analysis Diagnosis and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Combine With Bronchiectasis

目的分析支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘的诊治。方法以我院收治的62例支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,对支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘的诊断和治疗进行分析。结果症状评分、FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF等值,治疗后均优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诊断支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘可利用支气管舒张或者激发试验等方法。确诊可给予糖皮质激素等药物,缓解患者症状。

Objective Analysis of bronchiectasis with diagnosis and treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Selected 62 cases of bronchiectasis with bronchial asthma patients in our hospital as the research object, the diagnosis of bronchiectasis with bronchial asthma and treatment were analyzed. Results Symptom scores, FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, PEF equivalent were better than the before treatment, after treatment differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the diagnosis of bronchiectasis combined bronchial asthma bronchial diastolic or provocation tests available. Which could give glucocorticoid drugs such as diagnosis, relieve symptoms.
