腹腔镜手术与经腹直肠癌根治术治疗大肠癌的临床疗效对比研究

Comparative Study of the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Resection and Abdominal Surgery Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的比较腹腔镜手术、经腹直肠癌根治术分别治疗大肠癌的疗效。方法选取2010年11月～2012年11月在我院进行治疗的82例大肠癌患者,并分为研究组和对照组,各41例。研究组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组行经腹直肠癌根治术,对比两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,但两组的术后转移复发率及3年内无瘤生存率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗大肠癌,并发症少,可有效改善患者的生存质量。

Objective Laparoscopic surgery, abdominal colorectal cancer resection of colorectal cancer therapeutic effect were compared. Methods Selected 82 cases of colorectal cance from November 2010 to November 2012 in our hospital, which were divided into the study group and the control group, each group had 41 cases. The former administration of laparoscopic surgery, abdominal colorectal cancer who underwent radical mastectomy, compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, but no significant differences between groups of postoperative recurrence rate and metastasis-free survival rates three years（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer, fewer complications, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
