摘要
目的探讨鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者采取鼻内镜治疗的疗效和对嗅觉的影响。方法选择2013年3月～2015年3月收治的鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行鼻内镜治疗,对比两组疗效和手术前后嗅觉检测评分情况。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）;观察组术后嗅觉检测评分高于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者采取鼻内镜治疗可提高疗效,改善患者嗅觉功能。
Objective To explore the curative effect of nasal endoscopic treatment for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Selected 86 cases with polyps from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 43 cases. The control group was treated with traditional operation, the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic treatment. The scores of the two groups before and after operation were compared. Results The efficiency of observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sinusitis with nasal polyps in patients with nasal endoscopic treatment can improve the curative effect, improve the olfactory function of patients.
