糖皮质激素治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的临床研究

Clinical Study on Glucocorticoid in Treatment of Oral Mucosa Lichen Planus

目的研究糖皮质激素对口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者44例,采用数字法分为两组,各22例。对照组选用西瓜霜喷雾剂,实验组选用糖皮质激素-地塞米松注射液。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗4周后,实验组TNF-a、IL-6和IL-8改善,治疗有效率高且复发率低,组间相比有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论糖皮质激素治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓效果确切且复发少。

Objective Study the treatment effect of glucocorticoid in treatment of oral mucosa lichen planus. Methods Selected 44 patients of oral lichen planus from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into two groups according to digit method, each group had 22 cases, the control group were given xiguashuang spray to treatment, while the study group were given glucocorticoid to treatment, compared effects of two groups. Results After treatment 4 weekends, the study group TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-8 were improved, the treatment efficacy was higher and illness reoccurrence incidence was lower, compared with the control group, was difference significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glucocorticoid treatment is effective in treatment of oral lichen planus with low illness reoccurrence incidence.
