分析多种西药联用引起不良反应的原因及预防措施

Analysis the Causes and Preventive Measures of Adverse Reactions Caused by the Combined Use of Western Medicine

目的研究多种西药联用的不良反应及预防对策。方法回顾性分析我院2014年4月～2015年9月开具的600张药方,对药方进行统计学的相关分析。结果药方发生不良反应的比重占7.2%,主要不良反应有恶心呕吐、发热、胃痛、头痛、药物过敏。结论医生开具药方时,需对所有药物的性质有全面了解,使开具的药方更加规范、合理,以此提高药方的有效率,保证患者的健康。

Objective To study the adverse reactions and preventive measures of multiple western medicine combined with western medicine. Methods Retrospective analysis 600 prescriptions from April 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital, the statistical analysis of the prescription. Results The incidence of adverse drug reactions accounted for 7.2%, the main adverse reactions were nausea, vomiting, fever, stomach pain, headache, drug allergy. Conclusion The doctor prescribed medication, the need for a comprehensive understanding of the nature of all the drugs, so that the prescription is more standardized and reasonable, so as to improve the efficiency of the prescription, to ensure the health of patients.
