根除幽门螺杆菌及药物治疗对功能性消化不良影响的研究

Study on Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Eradication and Drug Treatment on Functional Dyspepsia

目的探究根除幽门螺杆菌联合药物治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法将80例FD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,分别采用根除Hp联合药物治疗方案和奥美拉唑单独给药的治疗方案,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组症状积分低于对照组,治疗总有效率90.0%,高于对照组70.0%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论根除Hp联合药物治疗FD疗效确切,且安全性高。

Objective Inquiry of eradication of helicobacter pylori combined with drugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical effect. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, each group had 40 cases, respectively the eradication of helicobacter pylori（Hp） combined with drug treatment and omeprazole administered alone, compared clinical curative effect of two groups. Results The treatment group symptoms scores were lower than those of the control group, the total treatment rate was 90.0% higher than the control group was 70.0%, was difference significant difference（P〈0.05）.
