浅析硝酸酯类药物应用在老年单纯收缩性高血压患者治疗中的临床价值

The Clinical Value the Application of Nitrate Esters in Treatment of Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension

目的探讨硝酸酯类药物应用在老年单纯收缩性高血压患者治疗中的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年5月～2015年7月收治的老年单纯收缩性高血压患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组两组,各30例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用硝酸酯类药物进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,收缩压以及舒张压下降幅度大于对照组。结论硝酸酯类药物治疗老年单纯收缩性高血压的疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of nitrate esters in the treatment of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension. Methods Selected 60 cases with elderly isolated systolic hypertension patients from May 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital as the research object, which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and comparison of two groups, each group had 30 cases. The control group were given atorvastatin treatment, the observation group patients in the control group based on the nitrates in the treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group was better than the control group, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased by more than the control group. Conclusion The effect of nitrate esters in the treatment of senile simple systolic hypertension is significant.
