参芎葡萄糖联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑血栓形成的临床疗效分析

Analysis the Clinical Efficacy of Ozagrel Combined Shenxiong Glucose in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

目的分析参芎葡萄糖联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑血栓形成的临床疗效。方法资料选取我院2014年11月～2015年11月收治的128例脑血栓患者给予回顾性分析,设计治疗方案时将给予奥扎格雷氯化钠治疗的设为对照组（70例）,将奥扎格雷联合参芎葡萄糖治疗的设为研究组（58例）,比较两组治疗前后NDS评分与Barthel指数评分。结果两组治疗后Barthel指数评分较治疗前均提高,且研究组提高幅度比对照组大（P〈0.05）。结论参芎葡萄糖与奥扎格雷联合治疗急性脑血栓患者,可有效改善其神经功能,提高日常活动能力。

Objective Analysis shenxiong glucose joint Ozagrel clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods Selected 128 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital admitted retrospective analysis, which were ozagrel sodium chloride treatment regimen design is set in the control group（70 cases）, the ozagrel joint shenxiong glucose to study treatment group（58 cases）, were compared before and after treatment NDS score and Barthel index score. Results After treatment were increased before barthel index scores than before treatment, and the study group to improve the margin is larger than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenxiong glucose ozagrel treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis, which can effectively improve the neurological function, improve activities of daily living.
