摘要目的分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果。方法选取我院2012年2月～2015年2月收治的120例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗;观察组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察患者治疗前后舒张压和收缩压变化情况。结果观察组舒张压和收缩压优于对照组。结论运用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果显著。 Objective Analysis the effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 120 cases of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated from February 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital. The control group hypertension combining coronary heart disease group were treated with atorvastatin statins calcium treatment, the observation group patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease was treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin atorvastatin calcium therapy. The changes of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were observed before and after treatment. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group were better than the control group. Conclusion Using amlodipine and atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease has significant effect.
