硝酸益康唑曲安奈德霜治疗湿疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Triamcinolone Econazole Cream in Treatment of Eczema

目的对湿疹患者应用硝酸益康唑曲安奈德霜治疗的方法及效果展开探究。方法选取我院收治的90例湿疹患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组。给予对照组丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗,观察组则接受硝酸益康唑曲安奈德霜治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行统计与评价。结果经过为期15～20 d的治疗,观察组的治疗有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的86.7%,数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过对湿疹患者展开硝酸益康唑曲安奈德霜治疗,可改善其临床症状,且安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect on eczema patients with econazole cream in treatment of triamcinolone acetonide. Methods Selected 90 cases of eczema patients in our hospital as the research object, which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Given to the control group hydrocortisone butyrate ointment in the treatment, the observation group received econazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide cream in the treatment, statistics and evaluation of therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results After 15 to 20 days treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%, significantly higher than the control group 86.7%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Econazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide cream in the treatment of eczema patients, improve the clinical symptoms, and is safe and reliable.
