鼻渊通窍颗粒稀释液与生理盐水对鼻内镜术后鼻腔冲洗效果对比分析

Comparison Analysis the Effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granule Dilution Liquid and normal Saline on Nasal Irrigation Contrast After Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜术后应用鼻渊通窍颗粒稀释液与生理盐水对鼻腔冲洗效果的影响,以丰富临床经验。方法选取2014年5月～2015年10月在我院收治的行鼻内镜手术患者66例,根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组,各33例,对照组给予生理盐水冲洗,观察组则使用鼻渊通窍颗粒稀释液与生理盐水进行冲洗。统计两组手术前后的症状评分以及体征评分等情况,并进行对比。结果观察组以及对照组术后1周、2周以及4周的症状评分均低于手术治疗前,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,但组间比较差异不显著（P〉0.05）;观察组术后2周的体征评分低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论鼻内镜术后应用鼻渊通窍颗粒稀释液与生理盐水具有良好的冲洗效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery using biyuan tongqiao particles diluted with saline on nasal cavity flushing, so as to rich clinical experience. Methods Selected 66 endoscopic sinus surgery patients from May 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. The control group was given normal saline, the observation group using Biyuan Tongqiao granules diluted with saline to rinse. Statistics of the two groups before and after the operation of the symptoms and signs scores and other conditions were compared. Results The symptom scores of observation group and control group after 1 weeks, 2 weeks and 4 weeks were significantly lower than before surgery, P〈0.05, the difference was significant, but the difference between the groups was not significant（P〉0.05）. Physical sign scores of the observation group after 2 weeks of were significantly lower than the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion It has a good flushing effect using biyuan tongqiao granule dilution with saline after nasal endoscopic surgery, worthy of promotion.
