不同贮存年限的中药陈皮的药效比较

Comparison the Pesticide Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Different Storage Period With Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae

目的研究分析中药陈皮不同贮藏年限的药效情况。方法根据我院中药房的陈皮进行研究分析,选取贮存年限6个月、18个月、24个月、36个月等的陈皮,分析其祛痰治疗的作用,对这些不同年限的陈皮水煎剂和挥发油的祛痰作用进行比较。结果陈皮的贮存年限不同,其效果不同,36个月的陈皮挥发油和18个月的陈皮水煎剂祛痰效果存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。四批次的陈皮,在大小剂量治疗效果上比较无统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论陈皮具有止咳祛痰的功效,不同年限的陈皮其功效不同,36个月挥发油和18个月的水煎剂具有理想的祛痰效果,在临床选择陈皮入药治疗时,应该选择这两种陈皮。

Objective To study the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of tangerine peel in different storage time. Methods According to our hospital of Chinese medicine room orange to conduct research and analysis, selected the storage period of 6 months, 18 months and 24 months, 36 months of pericarpium citri reticulatae, analyzed the role of expectorant treatment, compared the effects of different years of Citrus water decoction and volatile oil expectorant. Results Pericarpium citri reticulatae stored for different periods of time, the effect was different, 36 months orange essential oil and 18 months of citrus water decoction and expectorant effects exist significant difference（P〈0.05）. Four batches of dried tangerine peel in the treatment effect size dose had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pericarpium citri reticulatae has antitussive and expectorant effect, dried tangerine or orange peel of different years of the efficacy of different and 36 months of volatile oil and 18 months of water decoction has ideal expectorant effect, so in the clinical selection of pericarpium citri reticulatae medicine treatment should choose this two kinds of pericarpium citri reticulatae.
