持续质量改进对减少精神患者护理不良事件的影响研究

To Study the Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement to Reduce Mental Patient Care Adverse Events

目的研究持续质量改进对减少精神患者护理不良事件的影响。方法依据随机方法将我院收治的71例精神病患者分为两组,对照组35例采取常规护理,实验组36例在常规护理基础上实行持续质量改进。结果实验组、对照组不良事件发生率分别为16.67%、51.43%,护理满意度分别为94.44%、65.71%。实验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,其护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论持续质量改进可以降低临床护理工作中不良事件的发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the influence of continuous quality improvement to reduce the mental patient care adverse events. Methods Selected 71 cases of psychiatric patients according to random method in our hospital were divided into two groups, the control group had 35 cases adopt routine nursing, the experimental group had 36 cases were on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of continuous quality improvement. Results The experimental group and the control group in incidence of adverse events were 16.67% and 51.43%, nursing satisfaction were 94.44% and 65.71% respectively. The experimental group incidence of adverse events was lowere than the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Continuou quality improvement can reduce mental patients the occurrence of adverse events in clinical nursing and increase the nursing satisfaction.
