鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的护理措施探讨

目的探讨运用鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的相关护理措施。方法对97例接受鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者实施全面的术前、术后护理及出院指导护理。结果 97例患者均痊愈出院,随访无复发,对护理质量表示满意。结论对鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎患者实施科学护理,可有效提高患者治疗依从性,防止术后并发症发生,对提高手术效果和护理满意度具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the use of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of sinusitis related nursing measures. Methods In 97 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery for sinusitis patients with comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing and discharge guidance nursing of nasal endoscope. Results All 97 cases were cured and discharged from hospital. The follow-up showed no recurrence, and the quality of nursing was satisfactory. Conclusion For intranasal endoscope endoscopic surgery for sinusitis in patients with the implementation of nursing science, can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients and prevent postoperative complications and to improve the operation effect and nursing satisfaction has important significance.
